Limited Power of Attorney for Privacy Requests

By signing below, you authorize Perimeter Privacy, Inc. ("Perimeter") to act on your behalf for the limited purpose of submitting privacy requests, opt-outs, and removal requests to third-party platforms, data brokers, and public records offices.

This authorization permits Perimeter to:

  • Submit blur, removal, and suppression requests to mapping platforms, real estate sites, and data brokers
  • Register your phone number on the federal and applicable state Do Not Call lists
  • File complaints with the FTC, FCC, and state attorneys general regarding telemarketing violations
  • File address suppression requests with county assessors and voter registrars where statutorily eligible

This authorization does not permit Perimeter to: enter into contracts on your behalf, make financial transactions, modify ownership records, or take any action not directly related to privacy requests.

You may revoke this authorization at any time by canceling your subscription or contacting us at privacy@setaperimeter.com. Revocation does not undo previously-completed requests.
