Pricing questions.

Can I switch tiers later? +
Yes, anytime, from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle so you don't lose paid coverage.
Is there a setup fee or contract? +
No setup fee. No long-term contract. Monthly subscriptions cancel anytime; annual subscriptions save 17% but commit to 12 months. We don't charge anything else. What you see is what you pay.
What if I'm not satisfied? +
First 30 days are fully refundable, no questions asked. After that, monthly plans cancel at the end of any billing cycle. Annual plans are refundable on a prorated basis if you cancel mid-year.
Why is monthly more expensive than annual? +
Annual is cheaper for two reasons. First, our work is genuinely ongoing. Most members renew anyway, and annual prepay reduces our billing overhead. Second, results take time. Annual customers see better outcomes because the platform monitoring loop has more cycles to run, and we want to align incentives toward that.
Do you offer enterprise or family pricing? +
For multiple properties, the additional property add-on at +$15/month covers full Complete-level coverage per property. For families with members at separate addresses or unusual situations (executives, public figures, dignitaries), reach out to us at concierge@setaperimeter.com. We accommodate custom arrangements.
What happens after I sign up? +
Within 24 hours we run a full scan of your address and start filing the relevant requests. You'll get an email with your dashboard login and your first report. Most platforms acknowledge submissions within 7 days; first visible results typically appear in 2–4 weeks.
