Why is this a subscription? +
New imagery, new brokers, and new mailers appear constantly. The blur you got in March can be undone in May. Subscriptions exist because the work is genuinely ongoing, not because we're trying to extract rent.
Can I turn off services I don't want? +
Yes. Every service in your tier is a toggle in your dashboard, and you can disable any of them with one click. Your price doesn't change because monitoring infrastructure runs whether or not you've enabled a service. We'd rather you have access and choose than be exposed later.
How long does it take to blur my home? +
Apple Maps typically completes within 7–14 days. Google Street View is more variable: usually 2–6 weeks, occasionally longer for high-resolution captures. We track every request, follow up, and refile when needed.
Will I lose property value if my home is blurred? +
No. Blurring affects mapping platforms only: assessor records, comparable sales, MLS history, and any active listing remain unchanged. Buyers and agents see no impact.
Is this legal? +
Yes. Every request we file is through the platforms' own opt-out, takedown, and removal channels. The mechanisms exist; we're the ones who actually use all of them.
