Perimeter service

Where the law allows, disappear from public records.

County assessor records, voter rolls, court records: most are public, but most jurisdictions also have suppression programs that few homeowners know about. Address Confidentiality Programs, voter file restrictions, judicial-officer redaction, victim protections. We know who qualifies and how to apply.

What we pursue specifically.

Eligibility varies dramatically by state and circumstance. We handle the research and filing. You tell us if you qualify under any of the protected categories.

Address Confidentiality Programs (ACPs)
47 states maintain ACPs for survivors of domestic violence, stalking, sexual assault, or human trafficking. Substitutes a state-issued mailbox for your home address across nearly all government records.
Judicial-officer protection
Federal and state judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement qualify for additional suppression under laws like Daniel's Law (NJ), Judicial Privacy Act (federal).
Voter file suppression
Most states allow address restriction on the voter file for protected categories, often broader than ACPs.
County assessor opt-outs
Where state law allows, we file for your name to appear suppressed in the assessor record while parcel data remains public.
Court record sealing or redaction
Where eligible (e.g., expungement, vacated cases), we coordinate with local counsel for filing.
A common question

"Most of this requires being a victim or judicial officer. What about regular homeowners?"

True for the strongest protections. For everyone else, the meaningful tools are voter file restrictions (broadly available), assessor name suppression (jurisdiction-dependent), and where eligible, court record cleanup. Most regular homeowners won't qualify for ACPs, and we'll tell you that honestly. If you don't qualify, you don't pay for filings we can't make.
